This is a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment, which can comfortably sleep 6, within the newly built Royal Sands Apartments at the end of Marina Esplanade, Ramsgate. Located right opposite the beach, it is the perfect location for your break by the sea.
Wake up to the sound of the sea along with uninterrupted sea views from every room or listen to the waves as you sit on your south facing balcony overlooking an award-winning sandy beach.
With access to the promenade and beach directly outside your front door, idyllic walks along the Thanet coastline & historic Royal Harbour are a must. There is so much to do in Ramsgate & the neighbouring towns of Broadstairs and Margate, which can be accessed by car, bus, train or via foot.
THE SPACE
The master bedroom is a spacious en-suite bedroom with super-king size bed. A dressing table also doubles as a desk for any work needs. The en-suite is modern with shower, toilet and basin. It also has a Juliet balcony with direct sea views. Plus wardrobes and hangers for all of your storage needs.
The second bedroom can be set up with two single beds (also a further pull out single bed for larger families) or one super-kingsize. Just let us know your preference before arrival. It has stunning sea views from a picture frame window, to capture great photos and built in wardrobe and hangers for storage.
Across from this bedroom is the stylish family bathroom, with a bath/shower, toilet, basin with a mirrored cabinet.
The open plan living/dining/kitchen area also has direct sea views. The kitchen is spacious with all the appliances you would expect including dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer etc as well as all of the usual kitchen equipment. There is a Nespresso coffee machine for your morning caffeine fix and milk frother for hot chocolate lovers. The breakfast bar is perfect for families and next to the kitchen is a large dining table that can comfortably sit 4 people or extend to seat 6.
The living area has comfy sofas, one of which can convert to a double sofa bed, if you require more sleeping space. The smart TV has access to all of your usual streaming needs. Double doors open to a south facing balcony with breathtaking sea views.
The balcony has plenty of space for you and your family/friends to sit and enjoy those irresistible sea views.
Clean, fresh bed linen & towels are provided.
The lounge and both bedrooms have remote controlled electric blinds to block out the sun if needed.
Both bathrooms benefit from underfloor heating.
The apartment also has strong/fast wifi. Perfect to connect all of your devices or if you need to work.
GUEST ACCESS
There are two entrances to the building, one from the parking and one from the beachside promenade, both take you to the hallway where is the lift and stairs.
You will have the entire and private use of the apartment. On your arrival date you will be given 2 codes to access the apartment - then just let yourself in.
We are on the 2nd floor but have a lift to help with luggage etc...
Secure underground parking for one vehicle is included in the rate and details of how to access this will be provided. There are also several 'pay & display' car parks right outside the building if you have multiple vehicles.
HOUSE RULES
- We kindly ask that guests strip any beds that have been used and leave all used towels on the bathroom floor before they leave.
- Smoking and vaping is not allowed anywhere within the apartment or balcony.
